Seeing Sunny's wide eyes, Kimmy stepped back and resting her hands in her pockets, said, "So now Venger's gonna be kinda ticked at us all, so we gotta get back to Yarfell and get the staff thingy so the guardian thingy can help out, after we find baby Blaze!"Sunny cleared her throat. "Yes, I can understand Venger being most angry indeed, to have suffered such a grave insult as being attacked in such a manner in his own home." She shuddered as she remembered stories she had heard of others of the Demonkind that had had something similar happen to them. The stories weren't pretty ones.
Kimmy cocked her head to the side for a second and said, "Oh, and by the way, there'll be a left turn in about another 20 steps or so." Smiling, she got out her marker and twirled it between her fingers, always happy to help.
Sunny gave a grateful smile, glad for the change in subject. "All right." And sure enough, they found the turn where Kimmy said that they would.
Abigail continued to follow along with the rest of the group. "Oh, and Kimmy, who are Tommy, Sterling, and Zaki anyway?" she inquired, eager to learn more of the Newcomers she had yet to meet.
Sunny turned her questioning gaze to Kimmy as well. "Something I wouldn't mind knowing myself." She waited for Kimmy to make her mark for this tunnel before continuing.
