Getting to his feet, the completely haggard and worn Swordsman walked over to Ashleyien, Cadbury and Thothalas. "I'm glad to see that you three are doing alright!" smiled the Dark Elf as he walked over to Alexia.
Kneeling down beside the Fire Mage, Sterling checked her pulse to see if she was alive. However, once he touched her skin, the Swordsman immediately noticed that it was almost ice cold.
Quickly using a few of the burned dreamvines and some near by branches as kindling, the Dark Elf took the flint that he used to polish his sword and skillfully struck it against Evenflow to produce a spark. In a couple of minutes, Sterling had a small fire going.
Looking around for Alexia's glasses, the Swordsman found them, checked to see if the lenses were still in place, and then gently slipped them onto her face.
Turning back to the others, Sterling said, "Give her a few minutes to recover! The fire will give her some of the warmth her body needs and after that, she should be able to take it from there!"
Rising to his feet, the Swordsman looked out over the battlefield of dead and dying Drow with a look of complete disgust on his face. "Dear God, I do hope that this is the end of it!" declared the Dark Elf solemnly.
Turning back to the rest of the Swamp Team, the Swordsman said, "Thothalas and Tuculcha, I need you two to look after Psilo. Heal him if he needs it! Ashleyien, I want you to take care of Dan and Alexia. Make sure she stays warm and keep that fire burning until she awakes! I'm going to head back to Ral, Heidi, and Spud and check up on them! I'll be back with them as soon as I can."
Almost as an afterthought, Sterling added, "And War Scribe, try doing something useful other than worshipping at Tuculcha's feet!"
The Drow Chronicler only stuck her tongue out at him as she clung ever-faithfully to Tuculcha's leg.
The Dark Elf, summoning the reserves of his strength, immediately walked off in the direction that would lead him back to the others.
A Point To Ponder
((OOC: Welcome back, Thothalas! I hope everything went well with you!))
