Ashleyien reclaimed her sword and left Sterling, Tucy and the burning Water Mage to see if she could help Thoth with Mankiller. The two were still struggling, with Mankiller still being very intent on breaking the mage's neck. A very wornout Cadbury was still clawing and biting the drow in an attempt to free her mage."Can I be of assistance?" The warrioress asked as she came up behind Mankiller and whacked him on the head with the hilt of her sword, fully expecting him to be knocked unconscious.
Instead, the drow removed one hand from the Elven Mage's neck and punched the Warrioress hard in the stomach. "You're next!" He hissed as he turned his attention back to the mage who seemed to be loosing the stuggle.
"NO!!!" Ash yelled, ignoring the pain in her gut as she charged at him with her sword. "I'm not letting you kill him!"
Mankiller released the mage, spun around and caught the girl's arm with her sword just inches away from his head. He gave her a cocky smile. "You don't have a chance, little one." He said as he squeezed her hand tightly. The pressure forced her hand open and her sword to drop to the ground. He released her hand and grasped her throat with both hands, lifting her off of the ground. Ash clawed as his arm with her rather short fingernails as she struggled to free herself. She felt herself almost fading into eternal darkness when his eyes opened in shock; he released her and fell to the ground, as his blood ooze out of his slashed throat. The warrioress collapsed onto the ground from exhaustion and lack of oxygen. Just before she passed out she saw a rather shaky Thothalas on his knees nearby, his bloody dagger in his hand.
((Thoth I hope you don't mind that I had your character act. If you don't like it just write something else and cancel this one. I figured Thoth should do something before the battle ended & I had no clue when you were coming back. You did say to use him as a NPC while you were away, I hope I didn't overstep my bounds.
