"Now, now, boys," drawled the witch as she flicked Thothalas' dagger away with a blood-red nail. "I'm not the kinda of girl who casts and tells but since you both are such elven gentlemen, I'll lower myself this one time. "Seems tall, pale, and er... cute here was having a bit of trouble soooo... since I do have a stake in his welfare, I just peeked at his health. Seems healthy enough; could use a good meal but then I like a man with meat on his bones anyway. Shame I don't have to heal you again, Thothy; the second times always better since I've got a feel for your body now."
Her smile made Thothalas color. He shoved his dagger into his belt.
"I just don't... feel well. None of us feel great. I'm... sorry that I jumped to conclusions. But don't do it again without asking."
"Ah, so forceful," laughed the witch as she ran her palm across the elf's cheek. He hoped no one saw his shudder, and he wished he was certain that he didn't feel some amount a pleasure in her touch.
A button flew with a determined force and trajectory right out of the mage's satchel to strike with an audible slap against the witch's nose. Cadbury chittered heatedly and made the most unlady-like (not to mention unbunny-like) gesture to the momentarily shocked witch.
If looks could kill, Tuculcha's eyes would have incinerated the rabbit and spread the ashes to the four winds. What ever beauty had been in the exotic witch's face only moment's before, now there was only pure fury.
"Watch your rat carefully, elf! If I ever catch her alone, I'll have my stew and Venger take your aid!"
With a grand flourish, the witch stomped away leaving a stunned elf holding his rabbit.
