I had just barely managed to get up when I saw loads of chunks and blood get about. "What just happened?" I asked."What just happened?!" Eric screamed. "You caused a cave-in, Kryschenn almost gets killed fighting that landshark and Zeo's used up most of her energy destroying that thing! Frankly, I don't know who's worse, you or her!"
"That crevice needed to get bigger." I argued. "How was I supposed to know that much power would cause the roof to collapse?!"
"Why Dungeon Master called you here, I'll never know!"
"I can obviously say the same thing about you!"
"Guys..." Presto started.
"What?!" We both said.
"Is this really the time to argue?" Presto continued. "I mean, we still need to find the rest of that staff."
"He's right." I said to Eric. "We'll continue this later."
"Fine by me." Eric replied as we continued our search for the rest of the staff. I faintly noticed a shadow on the wall, but dismissed it as a mild hallucination.
