((Glitter if you have any objections, or a post you wanted to make which takes place before these events then feel free to post it.)) "Hey, what the-"
Cole found himself back in the waking world. Dawn had already passed as the forth sun became present on this brand new day, his third in the Realm. For a few moments, Cole looked around at the world about him, trying to orient himself with his new surroundings. The well-worn trail Uni followed to Macula was gone, however he could see the tips of the town's taller buildings off in the distance. "So just where in the heck are we?" he said, somewhat jittery after coming to from his dream.
"Outside of Macula, but much closer than the point where you took to dreaming" he heard said. "We neared the town while you slept, but I caught sight of soldiers already inside. With our small number and our weakened condition, I felt we had no choice but to stay outside of the city limits for the time being. I also did not want to risk the chance of a passing soldier or a messenger catching sight of us, so I have brought us here, to the outskirts of Macula. This area runs along a trail leading to the nearby mountains. A few hours have passed since we fled Yarfell."
"Oh," he simply answered before stretching out his arms and giving a yawn. Suddenly Cole saw the strap covering his right hand. A flood of memories from the night before poured into his mind. He almost forgot as what happens with some dreams, and there was a part of him that wished he had. He then clenched his fist tightly, now well aware that his dream was nothing of the sort.
"Tell me Cole, did you rest well?" Uni now spoke with concern in her voice, sensing all was not right with the Mentalist.
"No, I didn't," answered Cole, "but I feel a little better now that I'm awake. Thank you." He gave a misshapen smile as if trying to assure her he was alright.
"Perhaps you will have better dreams on this evening," she rather innocently commented to Cole.
"We'll see," del Tigre quietly spoke rubbing his back of his right hand with the other, "Oh, and by the way Uni, Good Morning."
"And to you as well, Cole," Uni responded, "Good morning."
