Spud kneeled over Ash and realized she wasn't actually injured, just seemingly unconscious. He carefully lifted her up in his arms and carried her over to the clearing where Dan lay, placed her gently on the ground around some bushes and added a little cover of leaves to hide her while he went back to Heidi.
