Kimmy looked at what Krys held up. "So that's it huh? I guess it'll look more impressive when it's put together with the other pieces and--" Kimmy broke off as her ears picked up a sound, cocking her head to one side. It sounded like running footsteps.She was about to comment when suddenly a little girl came around the corner and asked them if they were looking for daemons! Kimmy wondered if that was sorta like a daytime demon or something, when she saw the cat the girl was holding. It seemed kinda angry.
Kimmy stared wide-eyed, her curiosity building while Krys asked her what her name was... and some other questions.
Kimmy's eyes opened even wider as the girl's cat transformed itself into a squirrel! She gasped.
Over her amazement, Kimmy learned that the girl was Isadorra and her deamon pet thingy was Adrick. A grin began spreading across the kenderkin's face.
She waved at them as Krys introduced her and explained the situation. As Krys lead them away and promised Isadorra that she wouldn't let her demons pop out, Kimmy mumbled softly to herself, "Aw. Everyone's got demons but me. All I got is some Ichor. Somewhere here..."
While searching her pockets, she touched that dragon statue again and heard a whisper, "Macuuuulaaa." Kimmy stopped dead in her tracks and looked around quickly. But Krys and Isadorra didn't seem to hear anything, so Kimmy kept it to herself. She gave up her search for the ichor and skipped over to the girl.
"So, Izzy, can I call ya Izzy? Just how long have ya had Adrick here anyway? He's really neat! What else can he turn into? Like could he change into a bloodhound and sniff the way out or something? He looks so cute as a squirrel though! Can I pat him? He doesn't bite does he?" she said, holding her reaching hand back until she heard the answer to that last question.
