"We might be outnumbered but we can still handle the likes of you!" The Warrioress shouted at her opponent. "Our deaths are far from inevitable! It's you who should worry about dying!"Ash keeped backing up as her opponent attacked. 'She's too fast and I'm too tired, I can't gain the advantage, but I'm not giving up.'
"My friends are far from dead, they're probably perfectly fine!" Dispite her words, Ash felt quite the opposite. Dan had vanished, Thoth was exhauste, and Alexia must be as well. Dawn looked a little ill before so she was probably not doing too well and Ral, well she hoped he was okay. "I won't believe my friends are dead until I see it with my own eyes! You're just trying to get to me and it's not working!"
Trying to console Ashleyien in a mocking way, the Dark Elf implored, "Why don't you cry for me, my dear?! Cry tears of pity and mercy and maybe I'll let you live! Muwha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
"I will not cry! I'm nowhere near crying!", 'actually I'm furious and desperate' she added silently. "You prepare to cry!"
Ash felt herself tiring quickly. 'I have to do something quick.' She held her sword before her and activated the force field.
"Coward!" Shouted the Drow Warrioress, "Hide behind your magic little one, I'll still defeat you!"
Ashleyien closed her eyes, the shield was just to buy her a little time while she tried something. 'I have to do this. I can do this.' She tried to clear her mind, just keeping a tiny part focused on maintaining the force field. She invisioned her sword upon a black background, focusing on only it. Then she envisioned a great gale force wind sweeping Deathsinger away.
Deathsinger stared in amazement as a whirlwind left the younger girl's hands ((which was still holding her sword, btw)) and headed straight for her. "What are you doing?!?!" she cried as the winds surrounded her, trapping her within them.
Ashleyien opened her eyes and say her opponent trapped in the whirlwind prison. 'Not exactly what I had in mind, but effective none the less.' She suddenly felt incredibly queasy and her head started spinning. "I think I over did it..." she mumbled as she passed out, face first into the mud.
